any subfoot in connection with the Convention which may not be
caked in the uestionnaire and which is considered as useful to the League in carrying out the duties entrusted to it.

Governments of those countries which have Colonies, Possessions (which do not constituto separate members of the League), or Leased Territories, are requested to furnish similar information with regard to these Colonies, Possessions or Leased Territories. In this case they would greatly facilitate the work of the secretariat in examining and collating the returns if they would be good enough to send the replies one by one as soon as they are completed, instead of sending thom all together which would necessarily involve a delay.
